Become Registered
Visit our Online Bidding page and create your free online bidder account. To bid in an auction, you will need to request to bid and accept our terms & conditions.
Note: It is required that you accept the Terms and Conditions for every sale.
Step two
Place a bid
Once you find the equipment you’d like to bid on, simply click ‘Place Bid’.
You’ll be able to place a bid at the current minimum bid amount or select maximum bid. When you select
maximum bid, enter the highest amount you are willing to pay for an item and the system will bid the lowest amount required for you to win up to your maximum amount.
Remember, by placing a bid you are entering a legally binding contract and must be in a position to buy the item.
Credit Card
If you are a newly registered online bidder, you will be required to enter in your credit card information. For security proposes, we need to know all bidders have an active and valid credit card.
Note: You will be charged $1.00 USD to confirm the validity of your credit card. You do not need to complete this for every sale. This is a one-time fee and will be charged in US Funds, however, all bidding will be placed in Canadian Funds. However, should you update your card or if your card on file expires, you will be subject to this fee again. This charge will not be charged for any purchases made.
Step three
Track your bid
Be sure to monitor an auction as every item has a scheduled closing date and time. If you are declared the winner of an auction, you’ll receive an invoice with instructions on how to submit payment and begin planning the pickup of your item.
